Photography

• We offer complimentary photography services for our advertisers and are happy to schedule a photoshoot for you. You can book your session here.
• If you have a photo that you'd like to submit, please upload the photo(s) to your client portal or email the files to your Account Coordinator. Please ensure that your photos meet the following requirements:
  • Format: High-quality PDF
  • Color Mode: CMYK
  • Resolution: Minimum 300 dpi
  • Photo caption:

  • Photographer credit:

  • Logo: Please supply your business' logo. We prefer a vector logo (eps or ai file), but we also accept high-resolution jpegs or pngs.

Profile Writing

• We offer complimentary profile writing for our advertisers. The first step is to provide us with more information about your business by completing this questionnaire and selecting the appropriate profile from the dropdown or scheduling an interview with our copywriter. The profile will be carefully created and/or edited by 417 Magazine to align with our formatting and style guidelines
• If you would like to submit your own written profile, please follow the word count guidelines below based on the size of your profile. To maintain an editorial feel your profile should be written in third person, avoid using first-person pronouns (I, we, etc.). The profile will be carefully edited by 417 Magazine to align with our formatting and style guidelines. Prior to printing, you will have the opportunity to review a proof.
