These standalone profiles are featured throughout the magazine (with a maximum of two per issue) and can spotlight a variety of business offers such as digging deeper into your business through a Partner Spotlight, celebrating a company anniversary through a Milestone Specialty Profile, shining a light your company’s nature of supporting the community through a Giving Back profile, featuring a project or personal before and after through a Transformation Profile, highlighting a Best of 417 win through a Best of 417 Profile, showcasing a specific doctor, clinic or specialty utilizing a Medical Spotlight or featuring a local dealership through a Dealership Spotlight. These profiles can be featured in any issue of 417 Magazine.

Photography

• We offer complimentary photography services for our advertisers and are happy to schedule a photoshoot for you. You can book your session here.
• If you have a photo that you'd like to submit, please upload the photo(s) to your client portal or email the files to your Account Coordinator. Please ensure that your photos meet the following requirements:
  • Format: High-quality PDF
  • Color Mode: CMYK
  • Resolution: Minimum 300 dpi
  • Photo caption:

• • Photographer credit:
    • Please provide the name of the photographer from whom you’ve purchased the rights to the submitted photo, and should receive credit in the magazine. 
  • Transformation Profiles need Before & After photos of the transformation. If no after photos exist, 417 Magazine can set up a photoshoot with your patient.

Profile Writing

• We offer complimentary profile writing for our advertisers. The first step is to provide us with more information about your business by completing this questionnaire and selecting the appropriate profile from the dropdown or scheduling an interview with our copywriter. The profile will be carefully created and/or edited by 417 Magazine to align with our formatting and style guidelines
• If you would like to submit your own written profile, please follow the word count guidelines below based on the size of your profile. To maintain an editorial feel your profile should be written in third person, avoid using first-person pronouns (I, we, etc.). The profile will be carefully edited by 417 Magazine to align with our formatting and style guidelines. Prior to printing, you will have the opportunity to review a proof.
• Transformation Profiles need permission/testimonial from your patient to use their transformation story. 

Please Note: Profile design may be subject to change; the examples provided are for demonstration purposes only. The publisher reserves the right to request new materials of superior quality or to adjust incorrectly-sized ads if the client cannot be reached.
